Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Speech Spot, we strive to provide high-quality therapy services and a positive experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

1. Session Cancellations

​

  • Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at our discretion.

2. Telehealth Sessions

​

  • Telehealth sessions follow the same cancellation and refund rules as in-person sessions.

  • If technical issues on our end prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

 

3. Refund Processing

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

4. Non-Refundable Fees

​

  • Registration fees, assessment fees, or administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once services have begun.
