At The Speech Spot, we strive to provide high-quality therapy services and a positive experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Session Cancellations

Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at our discretion.

2. Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth sessions follow the same cancellation and refund rules as in-person sessions.

If technical issues on our end prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, assessment fees, or administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once services have begun.
