Insurance & Payment Options

 

​Insurance Sessions

​

Most insurance-covered sessions are 30-minutes in length.

 

We currently are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island for speech/language services.

Insurance Reimbursement & Private-Pay
 

We offer 30-, 45-, and 60-minute private pay sessions.

 

For clients with other insurance providers, we are happy to provide documentation (superbills) so you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Out of pocket payments are also accepted.

​​​

Families seeking longer or more intensive therapy sessions (45- or 60-minute) may choose private-pay sessions that are not billed to insurance.

​

These sessions allow for additional skill practice, sensory regulation, and/or parent coaching beyond what is typically covered by insurance.

​

​​We encourage families to check with their insurance provider to confirm coverage, reimbursement policies, and any out-of-network benefits.

Patient Portal

We use the secure, HIPAA-compliant Simple Practice Platform for maintaining all documentation, communication, payment, and conducting teletherapy sessions.
